OUR CHALLENGE

The marketing campaign for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) aimed to address the challenge of increasing brand awareness and engagement among its target audience (18-45) in Singapore. The campaign was designed to showcase the relevance of ACCA’s programs in today’s fast-paced business environment and change perceptions about accountancy.

OUR APPROACH

The approach involved conducting a thorough market research to identify target personas and conducting a social media audit to address gaps and issues. Based on these findings, a comprehensive strategy was developed that included profiling real accountants at different stages of their career helped to create a more personal connection between ACCA and its target audience by showcasing real people who have benefited from their programs. The use of unpolished videos added an element of authenticity that resonated with viewers and helped to break down barriers between them and the accounting profession. Creating street interviews helped to give the campaign more realism by connecting with people on the ground and showcasing their stories and experiences.
