OUR CHALLENGE

Brand’s (Asia) approached us to help them achieve optimum instore product mix, positioning, communication and consistency for their ‘Essence of chicken’ range.

With no aligned sales and trade strategy their instore presence was inconsistent and promotional activity was unstructured and inefficient.

OUR APPROACH

We used data that they had across all markets to work out the optimal instore strategy.

We created a tool that allowed them to visualize, test and communicate the perfect execution for the various store/pharmacy types. Using shopper behavior studies, we were able to propose text and layouts that gave sellers the maximum visibility to present the product to the consumer at the right time in the correct format.

OUR RESULTS

The tool is used not only as an aid for the sales teams but also to present to customers, showing how optimized execution can grow their business.

The tool has been rolled out across all markets in Asia and is at the heart of their global sales strategy.
