INL Agency: Making the Commitment to Sustainable Marketing Practices

Here at INL, we’ve worked with numerous healthcare organisations and medical brands to bring them enhanced growth and opportunities in their branding. We are guided by our core guiding principles of responsible action, accountability and trust to deliver results to our clients. And it is these core principles that lay the foundation for our next step: ensuring social responsibility in our agency practices and operations.

And thus, we’re making the step to ensure sustainability within our business practices, employees, and community. From going green to educating our employees on sustainability, we’re dedicated to sustainable marketing practices ensuring our business remains viable.

Our Commitment

As a leading healthcare marketing agency, we recognise the crucial role that we play to act upon environmental and social issues such as climate change and diversity.

We are choosing to make a conscious effort to maximise the impact that we hold over our environment and our society, so that we may preserve our quality of life for present and future generations. We leverage the capabilities of our global team to carry out our efforts, with the following objectives in mind:

  • Fostering an internal culture of sustainability to engage and attract people looking to make a difference.
  • Improving our internal processes and operational efficiency, through lowered costs and reducing our environmental footprint.
  • Boosting our company’s growth and positioning by meeting our community’s expectations for more sustainable products and services.

Through our sustainability tactics and partnerships with stakeholders, we aim to strengthen our capabilities to build a sustainable world through our business.

How We Deliver

Our strategy focuses on three main areas: social impact, going green, and responsible business practices.

Social Impact

We’re aiming to be the best place to work for our employees, as a safe, healthy and inclusive work environment.

The recent years have shown great success that flexible working arrangements have on productivity, employee engagement, and well-being. As a result, we’re embracing it wholeheartedly as part of our policies for staff work-life balance. We also provide active support and engagement opportunities for our staff, through learning and development initiatives.

Going Green

As the climate change emergency heightens, the responsibility falls even heavier on corporations to respond. For us, this means taking a strategic focus on waste management and assessing our carbon footprint, gradually contributing to a zero carbon pledge.

This includes initiatives such as:

  • Switching off lights and other electrical appliances an hour earlier every week
  • Moving to digital name cards for all staff members
  • Setting a quota for print-outs across all our offices to reduce wastage and paper usage
  • Encouraging our employees and staff to recycle items where possible, such as paper

Responsible Business Practices

In ensuring good corporate governance and accountability, we have ensured that members of our leadership and executive teams undergo sustainability certification programmes. This is to reinforce our commitment to sustainability while ensuring that our business activities stay credible and transparent to all our stakeholders.

With all our strategies in place, we hope that we can work together with our community of stakeholders to deliver long-term value while acting responsibly towards our environment and our society.
